Totz2teens Member Review:  The sweetest book I have seen in a long time.  It is about a wolf who has lost his teeth and comes up with a cunning plan to buy new teeth.  He plans to use the lambs to gain him his teeth and then eat them!!!!  He gets them to knit woolly jumpers to gain him his money but the lambs are clever and soon catch on to his plan.  We really enjoyed looking at the pictures as they were colourful and fun and we loved the story.

"I am totally out of my depth"
Everyone's giving me the third degree! Freak Boy's dad wants to know whether he's being bullied. Sorrel's interrogating me about Lucy's stroppy moods.

Even Dad is cross-examining me about mums love-life, over garlic bread and pepperonied pizza. All i can think about is "how far can i get a piece of melted cheese to stretch without it breaking?"

I can be very shallow.  Theses are the real-life, messed up rants of me, Electra Brown. Welcome to my crazy world.

------------------------------------------------------------------

I gave this my 13 year old teenager to read and here are her comments :
I really enjoyed reading this book, it was like taking a look at real teenage life and give you examples of problems and possible solutions, it was really easy to read and in words that are very understandable for teenagers,I would definately recommend it.

As a parent I would pay 5.99 for this book, YD seemed to really enjoy it.

Totz2teens Member Review:  A great looking book with a cut out of lily to dress and a picture to colour. I found the story a little boring and my yd wasnt that keen to continue reading it, it is a tale of a girl called lily who finds an old mirror and cleans it to find herself transported to the life of snow white with some extra bits added where she helps to rescue her nurse from her evil step mother and of course ends up at the dwarfs cottage to escape.

Baggy Brown Baggy Brown by Mick Inkpen
ISBN:  9780340932315  £5.99
Another classic picture book from the best-selling creator of Kipper and Wibbly Pig. Baggy Brown was born at Better Bears Limited. Only he wasn't born as Baggy Brown, but Number One. And as a special limited edition bear, he was due to be presented to Princess Sophie, daughter of King and Queen of Thingland. But this isn't quite what happened. This is the story of how Alfie found and named Baggy Brown and the beginnings of a very special friendship.

Totz2teens Member Review:  Baggy Brown is a book by Mick Inkpen whom I have to say I love.  His books are fantastic.  Baggy Brown is another book that adds to the fantastic selection from Inkpen.  This one is probably suitable for slightly older toddlers in my opinion.  The story is delightful and we liked reading this.  The princesses name was a bit tricky so we were glad they shorten it to make life easy and the story to follow.  A totally classic book for children and super for the adults to read.

The Book of Big Excuses The Big Book of Big Excuses by Tracey Turner
ISBN:  9780340970553   £6.99
This book will teach you that * you're unlikely to get away with pretending to be dead. * it's better to dump someone with no excuse at all than to tell them it's because they only like early Radiohead. * sometimes, giving a genuine excuse is far more embarrassing than saying nothing. * pretending to be an answering machine is never going to be convincing. * you should never attempt to eat your underpants under any circumstances
Totz2teens Member Review:  This is one of those books you can pick up and put down and have a new little fact under your belt.  I left it in the bathroom to see how many people actually read a bit.  They did.  So we threw around lots of little excuses that we had read.  Great little pressie for someone who lacks time keeping or just likes useless facts.
