Totz2teens Review:
It is very good for young
children as it has a lot of games to play by moving around like Simon
says. They really did well with Kinect and putting Sesame Street
characters into a game. The movements you have to do are simple so young
people can easily do them and have fun.
There aren’t just the Sesame
Street characters as they have made new ones for the game. There are 6
chapters in the game and they all teach you important life lessons.
You can dance, jump and move
with exciting controller-free gaming action. You don’t just have to play
on your own you can play with friends and family.
I enjoyed playing this with my
family and even my younger sister could play which was nice too.

It is good
fun for children as there is alot to unlock - like new
Disney outfits and new tools for them to destroy crates
with. The levels aren’t too hard so they are doable for
younger children to play on.
In each level
there is a arcade machine which lets you do different
challenges from defeating enemies to dodging bombs.
In the game
there are 45 costumes and upgradable tools.
There are
variable different worlds like Pirates of the Caribbean,
Wall-e, Monsters inc and more. You can play with up to 4
friends to team up or compete against each other which I
found great fun and so did my friends.
We liked the
Disney Universe game. The variety of worlds,
characters and all the addables is brilliant.

Disney
Pirates of the Caribbean Lego Game
Join Captain Jack Sparrow and
the whole Pirates crew as they are recreated in LEGO for LEGO Pirates of
the Caribbean.
Featuring the original trilogy
and the latest film On Stranger Tides, you’ll swashbuckle through the
most memorable moments in glorious LEGO bricks from the films. Lego
Pirates sees the combat get an upgrade, as you take on the Queens Navy
using your trusty cutlass. And don’t forget to use Captain Jack’ strange
compass to find what you need…RUM!
Totz2teens Review:
Lego
pirates of the Caribbean is a great game for all the family, it is a two
player game, it follows the basic Lego game setup like all other Lego
games such as Lego star wars and Lego Indiana Jones. it is an enjoyable
game to play allowing you the freedom to move around and splits into to
a multi-player screen. I enjoyed the game, running through all the
different levels, following through all the films, showing different
perspectives on the story. One of the bad things is not following
the story line of the original movies. You also don't get to go to a
shop to purchase items. You get to drop in and out at anytime, also I
like the way how captain jack sparrow walks in the game, he moves like
the movie. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes Lego
games. You dont have to have watched the films to enjoy the game
but of course it makes it more fun.

to switch between characters at the push of a button.
I really liked that a 2nd player can drop in/out of the

enemies. I think the start age of 7 is about right
as some of it is quite tricky to master. Scooby

Totz2teens Review: After making my minifigure character I
was able to be start quests to help me collect objects and work through
different challenges.
You are able to enter different zones which give you multiple options
for play. Being online I was able to join up with other player for
a good game and great fun. My brother became a Ninja which was funny.

any colour you like, nine mini-games to master, six sprawling worlds to
explore, four personal property areas to claim and customize… and the
game is growing every day! In LEGO Universe, you can build anything you

The Game is on a subscription basis so there is a commitment to further

buying it for Christmas - however the game promises to continue adding
so much more items, levels and entertainment I think it will be worth
it.
We enjoy playing with real life lego and this is
just an extension of the fun that can be had. Full of

Scribblenauts is a fun game which allows you to write words and
makes them appear into objects to use. You play as a character
named Maxwell passing through many levels they get harder as the carry
on, it helps you learn how to spell better, and encourages children to
use their imagination. The Player uses adjectives to change the
way the game is playing. I found some of the challenges quite hard
and had to ask my parents and friends for help which was really good
fun. It seemed to really push the way I was thinking about
answering to get to the next level. We liked the new level editor
where you can crate puzzle and action levels to continue play in a new
way.
As the Mum
I will say this has kept my son amused for a very long time and he has
kept going back to it when he has the opportunity. A worthwhile
game.

Totz2teens Review : Lego Rockband is available now on all
the consoles. We tested out the PS3 version. WOW. My
family says its the best
game ever. They played for hours and hours late into the night
with huge enthusiasm. They awoke the next day and carried on.
They have been playing it so much and raving about the game so much.
In fact I have never seen such enthusiasm from all of them jointly.
They even went upstairs and have been producing their own Lego version
of the staging for their band. It has been honestly so sweet.
This game is brilliant on so many levels. In my opinion the key
factor is the songs available. They are well known and enjoyable
to sing and play along too. Unlike some of the Rockband discs
before which have been very 'rock' which has meant we didn't recognise
many songs - but this one has a fantastic array of songs and genre.
The graphics of the lego character are such fun and everyone loved
making their own character to play with. The challenges of having
different stages to play at meant that there isn't a moment of boredom.
For those that haven't played a rockband type game before =- You are
missing out. To be able to have up to 4 people playing at the same
time is brilliant. No one gets bored waiting for their turn.
You can of course play your favourite instrument by yourself which I
caught my husband doing one morning. This game is a real must for
any family with any mix of age children too as most ages can eventually
follow colour patterns. Using lego has meant that the rockband
brand has been brought down to a younger more family friendly market.
If you have any doubts about this
game - DON'T. Its FABULOUSLY BRILLIANT.

Totz2teens Member Review: This is one of those games that is
totally frustrating. In a good way of course. There are a
good number of activities for you to carry out, unlocking extras as you
go along which you can buy with your points. My children loved
doing this. Some of the games are really really hard but once
sussed you can start scoring some excellent scores. The games are
not too long so when you have one person having their go the next person
isn't long behind which with young children is a godsend. Although
they don't like being beaten by their sibling or parent!!! Or
perhaps the parents don't like being beaten by the kids. There are
some totally bizarre 'records' to attempt but also some really
interesting concepts like the ripping telephone directories. I am
sure this was as hard on the game as it would be in real life. The
children loved getting records and it was a real boost for them to carry
on. I had to stop them for bed and they were 'oh mum' which shows
they really found it to be an engrossing game. Beating your last
score too of course is a challenge in itself. My husband and I
sneaked on the game once they had gone to bed and its totally
recommended by us too. I feel you could use this as part of party
games because everyone can get involved. Brilliant

Totz2teens Member Review: Its taken me a while to write this as we
have been playing for ages and my arms are rather tired. All that
running and cycling does a girl in LOL. My son thrashed me which
was totally unfair too. There are a wide selection of mini games
for the players to unlock which meant to begin with you are having to
play a much smaller selection but some of these were really really hard
games and we couldn't suss them very well so were pleased as more games
were unlocked and crowns were awarded. I don't feel that this was
the best wii game out and I felt that a very young child would get very
frustrated by the difficulty of some of the games. As an adult I
was!!!! But there is plenty to do on the game. Extras like
video clips to watch were a nice bonus feature. Of course Shrek is
a popular character and we took to the theme very well. Choosing
which character you want to be was fun as both children wanted to be
Dronkey but we got there in the end and were able to enjoy playing.

Following

Madagascar comes an all-new wacky adventure in the Madagascar: Escape 2
Africa Video Game. Based on the upcoming feature film from DreamWorks
Animation, the four famous zoo animals – Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra,
Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo – and their entire madcap
Madagascar crew take players on a whole new action-packed journey to
help save the African savannah. Assuming the roles of all their Favorite
characters, including those crafty penguins, players must work through
12 distinct levels featuring a variety of wild adventures and fun
mini-games. In addition to the diverse single-player gameplay, the
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa Video Game delivers an enhanced multiplayer
tournament mode allowing gamers to participate in outlandish
competitions alongside or against friends and family.
Totz2teens Member Review: My kids have seen them film so were
delighted that we were able to test out the game for totz2teens.
They found the game to be exciting and fun and loved mouching through
Africa just like the film. They were encaptured by the game and
found it fairly easy to pick up. Knowing the characters from the
film made them shout out when the other characters were visible. Moving
through the different levels was at times challenging and a bit tricky
but this kept you coming back to attempt it all again.
We enjoyed playing the tournament games together which were really mini
games but they work well and add another concept to the whole game play.
This is a great game suitable for children as it is not oh so
complicated which of course is really great and hits the right age
level. The game graphics are superb for a game although not the
same as the film but still everyone enjoyed playing it. I was
surprised how quickly my elder child was able to complete the game but
this gave the opportunity to ensure that she helped my younger daughter.

Totz2teens Review: Liking all things Star Wars I knew my
children would be very happy to play this game. The game is so
suitable for the wii because of the way the controllers work.
Seeing the children and their friend zapping everything and moving
around exercising without even knowing it made me smile. You have
different eases to play and of course they chose easy first. My
young son was able to work through this with relative speed which
surprised me but because of this he felt he could cope with a more
difficult challenge which he thoroughly enjoyed. When our friend
came round he picked up the game quickly too. Of course
there is a bit of violence involved as you are fighting but no blood and
guts to worry about and the sensitive children wont be upset by it at
all. We would be very happy to recommend this game.

Star
Wars Force Unleashed
Available on the following formats: NDS, PS2, PS3, PSP,
Wii, XBOX360
The Star Wars Saga continues in Star Wars™:The
Force Unleashed, a videogame developed by Lucas Arts, which casts players as
Darth Vader's "Secret Apprentice" and promises to unveil new revelations
about the Star Wars galaxy.
The expansive story is set during the largely
unexplored era between Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith and Star
Wars: Episode IV A New Hope.
In it, players will assist the iconic villain
in his quest to rid the universe of the Jedi - and face decisions that could
change the course of their destiny.
As its name implies, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed completely re-imagines
the scope and scale of the Force by taking full advantage of newly developed
technologies: Digital Molecular Matter (DMM) and Euphoria. Paired with the
powerful Havok Physics™ system, these new technologies create game play only
possible on the new generation of consoles. DMM incorporates the physical
properties of anything in the environment of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
so that everything reacts exactly like it should; wood breaks like wood,
glass shatters like glass, plants on the planet Felucia bend like plants on
the planet Felucia would, and more. Meanwhile, Star Wars: The Force
Unleashed's revolutionary behavioural-simulation engine, Euphoria, enables
characters in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed to move, act and even think
like actual human beings, adapting their behaviour during game play on the
fly and resulting in a different payoff every single time you play Star
Wars: The Force Unleashed.
Totz2teens Member Review: Thank you for letting us test out the
new Star Wars Unleashed game on the PS3. We have given this a really
good test and we really like this game.
The game is really exciting and good to play.
You have different missions that you have to complete against different
characters. There is enough in the game to make you cross when you
cant do it but keep coming back until you can achieve it. The Graphics
are very good and help make the game more enjoyable to play as they are
smooth. The music adds to the suspense of the game without being
irritating. There are some great moves available which adds to the
game play ability. A great game for all different ages.
Adult - graphics are good, plays well,
addictive as I want to get further. Controls were a bit tricky to
learn but once I got the hang of them it fell into place. very
playable. 4/5 but haven't finished playing it yet so that could go
up!!!
11 yr old - good but hard to play - I am sure I
will get better as I keep wanting to play it. 4/5

Totz2teens Member Review: I enjoyed playing Mr Bean on my
Nintendo DS. There was lots to do and play. Some of it was very
hard but after some practise I managed to find the bits I needed to. I
liked playing the Whack a Mole as you use the bottom screen of the DS and
have to hit as many as possible. I got better at this too. I
think lots of people would like this game and be happy to play it.
