Kids
are in for a treat – the My Daddy Cooks menu, which has given
kids’ favourite dinners a deliciously different twist, is being launched
at Fire & Stone. Nick Coffer of the My Daddy Cooks blog and
cookery book fame has created 3 special pizzas, the first of which is
launching on the 21st September, taking inspiration from his
four year old son Archie.

As of 21st September,
children will be able to enjoy the My Daddy Cooks Fish Finger
Pizza, which combines bread crumbed fish fingers on a
cheese and tomato base, with tomato sauce on the side – the ideal
accompaniment to the special pizza.
After their pizza, children will
then be able to round off their meal with a delectable concoction - the
new My Daddy Cooks Tiffin Cake Ice Cream, which is the most downloaded
recipe from Nick’s blog. The scrumptious no bake cake is served smashed
up with refreshing vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, providing the
perfect end to a Fire & Stone meal.
The price of the meal won’t break
the bank either - £5.95 for a main, ice-cream and a drink.
Children who prefer something slightly simpler can opt for the usual
toppings including ham, mushrooms and pepperoni with the option to
create their own pizzas or a pasta dish, followed by a dessert of plain
ice cream.
Kids will be entertained throughout
the meal with a newly designed fun pack, including activities from spot
the difference
to
the “Top the Pizza” game.
For parents
who are slightly jealous of this old time classic pizza, they can opt
for a “grown up” size to be made at a price of £9.25. Parents and kids
can also get inspiration from signed copies of Nick’s book, “My Daddy
Cooks”, published by Hodder & Stoughton, available for sale from all
Fire & Stone restaurants for £10.
Take the kids to one of the Fire &
Stone restaurants for a treat this Autumn to ease them back into the
first term of school and keep an eye out for more of Nick’s additions to
the menu coming soon.
